Ceremony and Reception Spaces

Level One: The first level of the Toronto Reference Library is an open-concept space features a central stage making it an ideal setting for special events that can accommodate up to 500 guests.
Level Two: The second level of the Toronto Reference Library offers a unique opportunity to immerse special event guests in an authentic library setting, with the library’s collection in full view. This space boasts striking, contemporary built-in seating and generous open areas that provide maximum flexibility for various event layouts. Circular glass study pods can serve as focal points for themed activations, while the library service counters, functional during the day, can transform into ideal bars or food stations for evening events. This space can host up to 500 guests and can be combined with Level One to host up to 1000 guests.
Level Five, TD Gallery, and the Marilyn & Charles Baillie Special Collections Centre: These 3 smaller spaces are available for more intimate weddings of up to 100 guests. .
