Constructed in 1917, Parkwood Estate spans an impressive 15,000 square feet and features 55 rooms. As a National Historic Site, Parkwood Estate preserves its architectural grandeur, original art, furnishings, and intricately designed gardens.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

  1. Sunken Garden, South Lawn and Tennis Court: These larger outdoor spaces are what the venue is known for and can accommodate up to 125 guests. The South Lawn in particular is the most popular spot
  2. Italian Garden and Tanaka Garden: These two smaller gardens are great for more intimate weddings of up to 40 guests
  3. Mansion Sunroom and Loggia: Both of these indoor options can accommodate ceremonies or receptions of up to 100 guests

Prices do not include extras such as additional fees, the bar or upgrades. Venue rental prices include both the ceremony and reception, prices may be lower for just the reception.
