Sitting on a private 18 acre island, the Island Yacht Club is positioned right on Toronto's waterfront. Their Clubhouse is a blend of stunning design and natural elements, having received the Ontario Association of Architects award for excellence, and is a gorgeous location to celebrate your wedding.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

  1. Clubhouse: The Clubhouse features floor-to-ceiling wraparound windows that provide unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. This building can comfortably host up to 300 guests across its three unique spaces: a formal dining room, a cozy fireside lounge, and a charming courtyard patio.
  2. Gardens: Surrounding the Clubhouse is a 16 acre garden that is perfect for ceremonies. Additionally, for those who want an outdoor wedding reception, a tent can be set up to seat up to 120 guests.

Catering

Catering is provided in-house and their team is able to prepare a custom menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The yacht club’s best photography locations would be the Clubhouse as well as the outdoor gardens with a view of the Toronto skyline.

Travel

This venue is easily accessible via either public or private transportation. As this venue is on an island, a regular private shuttle service operates from 539 Queens Quay West, departing every 15 minutes to the club.

Parking

Convenient underground parking is available near the shuttle departure location for guests preferring to drive.

Prices do not include extras such as additional fees, the bar or upgrades. Venue rental prices include both the ceremony and reception, prices may be lower for just the reception.
