Overview

Formerly known as Hacienda Sarria, this venue has been relaunched as the Hacienda Sereda in 2023. The estate is the only one of its kind in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and is designed in a style reminiscent of Spanish architecture, perfect for couples who want a European-inspired wedding.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

Inner Courtyard: The Inner Courtyard is the centerpiece for ceremonies at Hacienda Sereda. Natural light pours in through the frosted glass ceiling, illuminating the open courtyard below. This area is encircled by an open hallway, perfect for seated receptions. This space can accommodate up to 220 guests.
The Ballroom: The Ballroom’s floor-to-ceiling fireplace and cathedral-style ceiling makes for a great room for intimate celebrations. This space can accommodate up to 115 guests.

Catering

Catering is handled by external preferred vendors. Alternatively, they allow outside caterers of your choice with their approval.

*All pricing is based on a Saturday during the prime wedding season, you may be able to get cheaper rates during the off season and weekdays. Prices do not include extras such as additional fees, the bar or upgrades. Venue rental prices include both the ceremony and reception, prices may be lower for just the reception. Guest capacity based on a seated reception with a dance floor. Prices are current as of July 1, 2024.
