Overview

Built on Seneca’s King Campus at the corner of Dufferin St. and 15th Sideroad, Eaton Hall spans an impressive 36,000 square feet and has 72 exquisite rooms. This historic estate dates back to the late 1930s when it was established by Lady Flora McCrea Eaton (of Toronto Eaton Center fame) and is set on a sprawling 700-acre property right next to Lake Seneca.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

Outdoor Ceremony Space: Ceremonies can be held under the grand arbour situated right next to Lake Seneca.
Bell’s Lake Tent or Happy Valley Tent: For outdoor tented receptions, Eaton Hall has two spaces, both able to accommodate up to 240 guests.
Nobleton, Kinghorn and Kettleby Rooms: Best for larger indoor celebrations of up to 100 guests.
Eversley, Linton, King Ridge, Crawford, Holland Marsh, Holly Park, Schomberg: These rooms are available for more intimate celebrations of between 15 to 80 guests.

Eaton Hall offers a variety of beautiful backdrops for photographs. Outdoors, you can take photos in front of the serene Lake Seneca, the lush forest, the charming gazebo, or the majestic mansion itself. Indoors, the estate features their historic rooms and a grand spiral staircase.

Prices do not include extras such as additional fees, the bar or upgrades. Venue rental prices include both the ceremony and reception, prices may be lower for just the reception.
